Welcome to the Launch of Clowder Consultants

We are so glad you found our page. We have been mulling around the idea of starting our own consulting business for several years. We’ve offered advice for numerous organizations that we have worked for or volunteered with. Now seemed like the best time to formalize it and give it a name.

Clowder Consultants name developed from our mutual love of cats. A group of cats is called a clowder. We understand that trying to training and manage employees can often seem like herding cats. Thus our name was born.

We hope to offer your short weekly blogs to offer quick and easy things you can do now to help make small changes to your business. We focus on organizational development, leadership training and management, and all aspects of human resources, such as employee relations, how to conduct investigations, employment law compliance, and what to do when your business hits those magic numbers of 15 and 50 staff. The bigger you grow, the more things you have to be prepared for. We provide the training and continued consulting to ensure your business keeps moving in a positive direction.
